Tips on painting T-shirts anyone?
I wanna make something cool for friends before we all run off in our respective directions in life. Not being good at gift ideas and have relative skill in drawing but not wanting to just give people drawings which seems rather useless and too subjective or whatnot at least a T-shirt can be worn though upon reflection maybe its even worse if you didn't like it because you might feel obliged to wear it whilst a drawing you could hide away. I thought pencilcases as well but everyone has one and we're all leaving school anyway so what else is there gifty that I can paint or make really?
*sigh* Though T-shirts seem to take so long to do... you have to wash them like a billion times and wait for them to dry a billion hours and even then they could turn out bad. Not to mention they are expensive. Not good since I (my parents) have/will have to dish out hundreds of dollars these last few weeks in the runup to graduation. And this is in addition to the cards I'm apparently drawing for teachers. *sigh* I suppose I still have till the formal which is the last day most of us will be together...
And formal; ack formal, first formal. Don't ask why I'm so stressed about a ruddy darn formal but I am. Maybe its the whole social gathering-ness of it all and the bringing a partner-ness and needing to buy a DRESS of all things with only a couple of days between it and my last exam, but with only a few more weeks till the HSC I seriously can't concentrate which is no good.
*sigh*
Not wanting to leave school...
